Your Wedding

We understand that this is most likely the first time ever working with a wedding florist, we want to make it easy for you. We’re here to help walk you through the process together, to get the most of your big day.


01. Inquire & Share Your Vision.

I’m flattered that you loved my work enough to inquire through my website. After receiving your inquiry and confirming I am available your dates, I will send you a brief questionnaire to get a taste of your style, vision, and amount of florals needed.

02. Ballpark Budget & Custom Proposal.

Based on your questionnaire responses, we will share a ballpark estimate to ensure our custom floral packages fit into your wedding day budget. After hammering out the details, we will send you a custom detailed proposal. To reserve your date, you will be required to sign our services agreement and pay the 20% deposit.

03. Ready, Set, Plan!

We understand that your wedding vision, budget, and aesthetics may evolve and change a bit from our initial conversation to your actual wedding day. Six weeks before the wedding, we will reconnect and recap to confirm the day-of game plan and vision, and will schedule final payment.

04. The Walk-Through.

We’ve worked at many venues in the Nashville area, but every bride is different. If you’re getting married locally, we would love to do a quick 20-minute walk-through with you at your venue to solidifying the final floral design layouts of what you can expect to see on your big day!

05. Go On A Date & Relax.

You have enough on your plate, cross the florals off :) Soak up this beautiful engagement season with your fiancé. We will be fully communicating with your wedding planner and other vendors to ensure the cohesive vision on your wedding. We are here for you, please feel free to reach out at all during the process with any questions.

06. Be ‘wow’ed!

Your florals will be as stunning as you are on the big day… well, almost! This is YOUR day, be sure to soak up each tender moment with your new spouse and remember to pause… smell the roses. We’ll take care of everything, including the floral clean up!

Q: Where do you get the flowers?
A: Nashville has a number of quality floral wholesalers, and I am also passionate about the relationships I have with our local flower farmers. I frequently drive to several locations, collecting just the right color palette and textures, all the while foraging seasonal wildflowers, greenery, and unique pieces to incorporate into the designs.

Q: Do you travel?
A: We typically travel within an hour radius of Nashville, but embrace travel opportunities and destination weddings as well.

Q: How much do you charge?
A: Each wedding and event is unique and custom-designed.  Overall cost is determined by location, venue, type and seasonal availability of flowers, size and number of arrangements, overall vision and design. We get to know our clients and create a personalized proposal and flower plan for each wedding.  Couples typically spend between $3,000-$4,000 for personal flowers and venue design. A 20% retainer secures the date and guarantees services for your event.

Q: Do you offer other services other than flowers?
A: We are focused on all things flowers!  If it's a wedding planner, photographer, event rentals, etc. that you need, we know people...and we make a great team. A more detailed description of the floral services OWF provides is covered in the contract that you'll receive prior to booking.

Q: Do you clean up after the event?
A: Dance with your guests until the clock strikes midnight!  We offer tear down and removal service in accordance with your venue’s policy.
